My gift is creating genuine connections, empowering others to be their best self, and taking compassionate action.
I became a Dharma coach because while successful solving business problems, it often left me feeling drained and without the energy for the people and passions that filled me with purpose. After deep soul searching and a series of synchronistic events that directly affected my health, I decided to make an investment in myself by doing what brings me joy - Serving others. As a coach, I am able to support my community with a renewed sense of purpose in a way that I previously couldn't have imagined.
I have more than 20 years of demonstrated experience helping individuals, teams and businesses unlock their purpose and potential.
I place a huge emphasis on cultivating curiosity, creating a compassionate and safe experience where clients can be vulnerable exploring their inner landscape.
Honestly, I'm not sure that I resonate with the term coach. Rather, I see myself as a partner that walks along side of you to be a mirror to what you have difficulty seeing in yourself, cultivating self confidence by tapping into your inner wisdom, and honoring your unique truth.
Having an authentic, skilled and compassionate partner can be the difference between living an expansive, purposeful and joy filled life or staying stuck in patterns of fear, scarcity and unworthiness. I see you - I was there too!
